Feeding the Exhibition: Closing Celebration

Centered around the practice of feeding, this gathering explores the possibility of aliveness within museum spaces and the ways objects, places, and communities remain in relationship long after they have been rendered static by institutional frameworks.

Drawing from Candomblé and his own artistic practice, Almeida will share traditions of offering, care, and reciprocity. Together, participants will learn about and take part in feeding elements within the exhibition, engaging works installed to honor, educate, and maintain relationships across time.
Workshop Information

All workshops are limited to 15 participants and are two hours in length. Registration is $25 per session. No one will be turned away for lack of funds; free participation is available upon request.
